Updates

Our food support program now includes a free barbecue. Food Hampers are now $10.00 for around 30-40 Kgs of groceries, fruit and veggie, bread, juice and milk.  Other items are also available.

Mental Health and Well being training and support weekly session on Thursday from 1.00 to 3.00.  Professional trainers with free counselling offered.  Come and chat with Helen, Jess or Natalie.  Light lunch provided.  No fees or charges.

Musical instrument training now offered for children and youth.  Classes operate on Tuesday.  You will be able to play an instrument in no time! Give Vaikini a call or drop in at the Wyee community Hub 20 Gorokan Rd. Wyee.  Started in June.

Open air car park markets each Thursday from 10.00 to 1.00 a range of items offered, drop in and check it out.  This is something new!!

Making a difference

While our immediate target audience is the adjoining LGA areas of Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Newcastle, WCHI will support other areas within NSW where we could raise funds with our DGR status to support disaster by partnering with other stakeholders.
